The U16 and U18 Jr Mustangs’ initial season in the local OMHA Shamrock ‘A’ League as part of a 3-Year Pilot is off to a great start and exceeding expectations.
Thanks to the partnership between ALLIANCE Hockey and the OMHA, our teams now benefit from strong local competition, reduced travel, and convenient weeknight games that give families more balance.
This pilot is the result of years of collaboration, and the early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Current Shamrock 'A' centres include Ausable Valley, Elgin Thames, Mt. Brydges, St. Mary’s, and Strathroy.
We also congratulate the Jr Mustangs selected for the January 4th Shamrock All‑Star Game which was played in Stathroy and featured plays from all local OMHA Shamrock 'Rep' teams:
