London Junior Mustangs

The U18 Jr Mustangs Purple capped off a fun weekend at the Motown Cup U18 AA tournament by winning the Consolation title against the local Farmington Hills Little Caesar's AA team. The final game was physical and got feisty at times but the players kept their emotions in check and stayed disciplined - only taking 1 minor penalty all game. The boys have dealt with more than their fair share of adversity this season but have continued to show up and work on their games and mindset while growing as a team. 

Without fantastic volunteers stepping up to Coach youth in London; our GLHA Jr Mustangs Seeded A-AA program would not be possible. We recognize and thank all of our current and past coaches for their involvement, dedication and impact. If you are interested in becoming an Jr Mustangs Head Coach, please apply before Feb 23, 2025. Tryouts for all age groups (except U18 which is currently planned for September) are planned to start late April.  Prep Skates run April 19-26th, 2025 and Tryouts will run from April 30th to May 6th. The Junior Mustangs committee is looking to gain feedback on your child's teams coaching staff from this current season. The purpose of this feedback is to assist the coaching staff in improving themselves and our program for the future. Please be as objective and honest as possible and include your players direct input. 

London Junior Mustangs White Team Triumphs at Toronto Aeros Winter Challenge Championship!

Our annual Jr. Mustangs Day (Saturday, December 7th) at Thompson Arena was a huge success, both on and off the ice. It was a fun day of competitive hockey with great 'Purple vs White' games played by all of our players within our organization. Our teams also took the initiative to give back to our community, collecting toys for the Salvation Army's Toy Drive, contributing unwrapped toys or New Hats, Mits or Socks.
