TempWise Design and Maintenance

Temp Wise Design & Maintenance was started in the London, Ontario and surrounding areas in July 2013 for servicing and installing all makes and models of HVACR equipment in all areas out in the field. (Industrial, Commercial, Residential). Our philosophy toward business was created because owners Chris and Mark believed that there was an opportunity to provide high skilled service at a reasonable rate without the inflated pricing so many have experienced. Temp Wise will service all makes and models of HVACR equipment. The combination of over 45 years of experience and the ability to listen to what the customer is looking for has helped us to grow from 2 technicians to a small company now with several employees. Chris and Mark will always believe in dealing with any customer one to one, so that any issues can be solved quickly. Temp Wise believes very strongly in keeping all technicians up to date with the latest equipment and tools by attending manufacturers/union training courses. Ricco Foods

Ricco Foods first opened in June of 1990 with an 1800 square foot warehouse in south London. Deliveries were made in our 12 ft cube van or our dodge extend-a-van. A couple expansions later we decided it was time for a move. In May of 1998 we headed to Strathroy Ontario. The new building was over 10,000 square feet. We later added a neighbouring 3500 square foot warehouse for excess inventory. In the spring of 2008 we broke ground on an 8,000 square foot addition to our existing building which now totals more than 20,000 sq feet. Our deliveries are now made by one of our 5 refrigerated trucks.×
