Dry Land Training
Hello Everyone
As summer comes to an end we need to get ready for the beginning of this season. We will be having three dry land training sessions next week. I would like everyone to make their best effort to make it to all three please.
Tuesday September 4 behind Argyle arena 645pm-8pm
Wednesday September 5/ 630pm-745pm Meadow Gate (Summer Side)
Thursday September 6 behind Argyle arena 645pm-8pm
Please make sure to bring a water bottle and running shoes. We will be going through a variety of different drills and getting our forward lines and defense pairing together. If anyone has any questions please feel free to call or email me any time.
