Minor Bantam, 2014-2015, Purple (London Junior Mustangs)

Congratulations to the Minor Bantam Jr. Mustangs Purple Team on winning the West London Byron Optimist Tournament! The boys battled hard and went  a perfect 3-0 in the round robin and then beat the Jr. Mustangs White 2-1 in the Championship game!  Way to go!

Congratulations to those players selected for the inaugural season of the Junior Mustangs Purple Team. The selection was difficult, and to those that did not make the team, the coaching staff thanks you and your parents for your support and effort in the tryout process. I wish you success for the future as you return to your home associations. The next game is Friday May 23 @ 6:30 p.m. @ Western Fair- London City rink.

The Tryout for the Minor Bantam Purple will be held @ Western Fair - Harvey's Rink on Tuesday May 20 @ 6:30 p.m. Sweater colour and number will be distributed upon arrival at the rink. Please check to see if you are listed for the tryout tonight. For those players not listed, we wish to thank you for your effort and wish you the best as you move on to the next level.

We will have a short parent meeting at Western Fair - Wastell rink area at 7 p.m. on Monday May 19 prior to the exhibition game at 8:15 p.m. If you have a player that is either in the lineup or " not dressing", your attendance at the meeting would be appreciated. Thanks Morris

     Further to my initial introduction on Apr.13, I wanted to add the following information. I have 30 years of coaching experience at the AAA/Junior B Levels in both Quebec and Ontario, along with being associated with the Alliance Under Seventeen Development Program.
