Try Out List for Wednesday May 13th
Players listed below need to be at our next try out: WEDNESDAY MAY 13th 5:00pm, Harvey's Rink - WESTERN FAIR
I mentioned to all the players on Saturday that 'not' making the team doesn't mean they are not a good hockey player. Likely there are a couple of parts of their skill as a player that needs more work. If your players name is not on the list, make sure to check with your association (Bandits or West) regarding MD try outs which take place in late august/ early September. Any questions or concerns, please email me.
To the players attending the next try out:
It will be essential that you come ready to show the evaluators your BEST EFFORT. We do not have the good fortune of being able to watch many ice times. We are interested in seeing good hustle and a strong compete. We are not looking for perfection in skating or concern ourselves with a mistake or if a player might fall. We want to see who shows us the strongest effort. That likely will make the difference between who is selected and who is not.
