The U12 Jr Mustangs Purple's season is off to a fantastic start. The team is having a great time on and off the ice and is coming together. The boys are growing as players and learning new concepts and tactics while playing hard.
We are fortunate to have many generous sponsors like the new Burger King restaurant on Wonderland Road at Sherwood Forest Mall, around the corner from our home rink Medway arena. The Staff at Burger King invited our team over for dinner after our practice on Sunday and rolled out the 'purple' carpet for us, decorating the dining area in Mustang Purple (like the 'Mustang room' at our home rink)
The staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly and they astutely made self-service on the ice cream machine off limits.
